This 4-week spring challenge is all about stretching it out, finding your center, and feeling good in your body. Based on your survey feedback, we’ll be focusing on flexibility, balance, and that fresh-spring-start feeling. Think energizing movement, good tunes, and workouts that meet you where you’re at.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Classes run ~50 minutes
~10 minutes warmup
~25-30 minutes cardio and strength
10-15 balance, stretch, cool down
